      We offer fast-tracked and in-depth online design courses that get you industry-ready. These include Bootcamp, Certificate, Diploma, and PG Diploma courses in Graphic Design, Interior Design, and UX UI Design, offered in either part-time (evening).

      How are the design courses taught at AND Academy?

      Our design courses are taught online and exclusively through live, interactive sessions. Learners have the opportunity to create projects and portfolios under the guidance of our mentors, all of whom are seasoned design professionals with vast industry experience.

      Do I need prior experience or knowledge in the design field to pursue AND Academy’s online design courses?

      To be admitted to a design course at AND Academy, it is not mandatory to have any prior knowledge or experience in the field of design. Being from the design field or an allied one would, however, be an advantage while pursuing the course.

      Can I work full-time while enrolled in the online design course?

      Our part-time design courses are curated for working professionals who wish to develop their skills further. Classes will be conducted in the evenings from 7.30 pm, so you have the flexibility to work while you learn.


      05.

      How will AI impact the field of design, and will it replace designers in the future?

      AI is indeed changing the way several industries work, and design is no exception. However, it is unlikely that designers will get completely replaced by AI, designers who know how to leverage AI to improve productivity and streamline processes will certainly benefit more and be at the forefront of the changes anticipated in the future of AI Design.

      AND’s courses teach you design beyond software. Our teaching methods equip you with the knowledge of the design process and instil design thinking and strategy, skills that AI cannot replicate. We teach you how to design optimally using AI as an assistant to streamline tasks, so you can focus on creativity and innovation, the cornerstone of design.

      How will AND’s design courses equip me to design using AI tools?

      As a result of our regular curricular updates, the use of AI design tools is seamlessly incorporated into our courses. You will learn to use powerful AI tools such as Midjourney, Coohom, and ChatGPT. You will also learn how to create effective prompts, augment your efficiency, and enhance your designs. This will help ensure that you stay competitive and future-ready even as the applications of AI in design evolve and grow.

      What happens if I miss some of the live design classes?

      We use a world-class Learning Management System for course dissemination, so you can easily access recordings of all the sessions.


      09.

      What if I don’t complete the course due to an unforeseen circumstance?

      If you are not in a position to continue with the course due to personal exigencies, then you can pause the course and resume with the next batch.


      10.

      Do I need a computer to take this course?

      Since we teach our design courses online, you will require the following:
      • A computer (Windows or Mac). Depending on your course, you might need specific software installed on your computer.
      • Strong internet connection.
      • An up-to-date version of the Google Chrome web browser.
      • Webcam, microphone and headphones (a headset with a microphone function is recommended).

      Will there be certification on completion of the online design course?

      Upon successful completion of the online design course, you will be awarded a Certificate / Diploma / PG Diploma, as relevant.

      Who will be my mentors/teachers?

      You will be taught by industry practitioners and leaders in the field of design through live presentations, demos and class activities. Here’s the complete list of mentors.

      How many students does each cohort have?

      We enrol only 25 to 30 students per batch for all our courses. However, the Graphic Design Bootcamp course is a larger cohort course.

      Will I be a part of an Alumni network?

The average salary would range between INR 4 to 15 lakhs per annum, based on your portfolio, background and prior work experience.

      What are the admission requirements for the online design courses?

      Our online design courses are designed for graduates from any background or skill set. No prior knowledge or experience of design is required; however, it would be an added advantage if you are from a related field or have previous exposure to design.


      02.

      What is the admission process for the online design course?

      Our admission process comprises four steps:
      • Submit an online application
      • Appear for an online interview
      • Receive an offer letter
      • Enrol for the design course and choose a payment plan


      03.

      Are there any loans available?

      There are many options to finance your education. We have partnered with various financial institutions to provide low-cost EMIs starting at just INR 6,600 per month, depending on the course and loan duration. To consult our Course Advisor on different financing options, click here

      Is there a refund policy?

      Fee is refundable up to 6 days from the Orientation Programme date. At this stage, you also have the option to defer your admission to the next batch.

      Are there any scholarships?

      Scholarships are given to exceptional candidates based on their performance in interviews and the documentation submitted as part of the scholarship application.


      06.

      Can my employer pay for my upskilling/education?

      Our part-time courses are designed to let you learn while you work full-time. Your employer can pay the fees on your behalf and avail GST benefits from us.

      Can I attend a demo class before enrolling in a design course?

      Yes, we allow candidates who have submitted their application form to join an ongoing class as a viewer to understand how teaching and learning are conducted. Call a course advisor to schedule a demo class.
